The hotel opens around the year 1900 in the centre of the village of St-Aubin-Sauges in the community of „la Grand Béroche“ close to the shores of the lake of Neuchâtel.
Taken over in 2000 by Laurent Larmusiaux and Nicole Jeannet, the rooms have recently been completely renovated.
